WAIST ONLY Hula Hoop Workouts - No Tricks

The Workouts are different duration.
In the past I had been asked to create sections so that if someone does not have time to do a whole hour of a class, there is something they can complete. For this reason the modules are in sections so one can feel accomplished even if all they get is a few minutes for themselves.
BUT If you have more time & want to hoop more:
You could repeat the same workout but spinning your hoop the other way or try it with 2 hoops!
Or you could combine different workouts and mix & match from the sections to your liking.
If you see me using more than 1 hoop: feel free to adjust to your level! You can do these sessions with 1 hoop, 2 or 3...
