Once you played your way through the more talk version: I need you to fully concentrate & focus on yourself, what your body feels like, be present in your skin & celebrate the amazing discoveries & achievements without me taking over your attention.
You can move on with the modules if you do not enjoy repetition.
Repetition helps though because your foundations solidify & you will feel victorious with every workout because you will notice IMPROVEMENTS! You will remember what you could do during the previous workout... and the following workout you will do a bit better. Then a bit better again... and these tiny improvements add up!
If you get bored very easily and you just want to move on, you can breeze through the workouts. If you get frustrated by lack of progress and struggles: you can always re-visit skills you skipped.
On days when you are tired, have less energy, feel low: pick an easier session. On days when you are bursting full of energy & feeling like you could climb the Everest: go & conquer the next higher intensity workout! Easy 💪
