You've got questions. We've got answers.
Ever feel overwhelmed trying to choose the right course? You're not alone!
Every day, I get hundreds of messages from people asking which course is best for them. Imagine this situation: Sarah, Helen, Omar, Freya, and Tish message you, but you've never seen them, don't know their age, fitness level, or goals, yet you're supposed to give an honest recommendation that suits them.
A typical marketing expert might suggest a course for everyone just to make a sale, but I don't believe that approach helps you. I want you to actually enjoy the courses and find something that fits your skill and fitness level. Many people who reach out have different backgrounds—some have 10 years of hula hooping experience with various YouTube tutorials, others have been waist hooping daily for three years, and some just want to spin the hoop around their hands or focus on on-body moves. Everyone has different preferences and skill levels.
💡 My top tip: Use the free trial in my Hooping Studio! You don’t need to enter any payment details, and you’ll have access to all my full courses and classes. This way, you can explore everything, see what you like, what feels too basic or too advanced, and find what really excites you. You’ll get exactly what makes you happy. And if you don't like any of it, at least you won’t spend a penny. It's like trying a perfume sample at the store before buying the whole bottle. Sniff around with the free trial link - NO NEED TO ADD PAYMENT DETAILS!
I often get asked by people from all over the world if they can watch my content on my website using their various devices and services.
The truth is, I don't know all the devices out there, but I do know how to use Google. So, when someone asks me, I usually just Google their smart device brand to find instructions on how to 'Chromecast.'
đź’ˇ Here's a tip: If you need instructions on how to use Chromecast with your device, Google is your best resource. It has user manuals and instructions for all kinds of devices.
If you find instructions for your device, you can test it out! Sign up for my free trial or any of my free beginner courses. If you can get these courses and videos to play on your device following the manufacturer's instructions, then all the content on my website should work for you too. Here are examples of my free courses that you can use to put it to the test:
About the YouTube membership:
I'm not very proud of it. A few years ago, when I was new to making videos online, I didn’t even know how to upload full courses, what people wanted, or how to edit properly.
After years of doing stage shows and teaching thousands of people hooping offline in the UK, I decided to take my work online. I asked people what they wanted to see from me, and a lot of enthusiastic hoopers flooded me with requests for free YouTube tutorials on things they struggled with. Being new to the online world, I tried to fulfill all their requests, resulting in a chaotic mix of videos. It was all free on YouTube, but it became a mess.
Imagine kids and parents trying to tell teachers how to teach—that's what happened to me. Despite my extensive offline coaching experience, I let these online viewers dictate my content because I was new to the online scene. The YouTube membership section reflects that chaos; it's essentially what you get when the kids boss the teacher around. I didn't delete it, though I was tempted, because it’s embarrassing now. Some people kept asking for it, so I left it in the membership for those who enjoyed it, even though I disliked it and found it inferior to what I do now. I really should delete it.
Then I created my website and uploaded properly organised & edited courses. This new platform, where I pay for hosting, allows me to teach effectively. I can guide people from the basics, gradually improving their fitness, flexibility, power, balance, and coordination.
Most people don’t want to learn anything new, and that’s fine. But the problem with not wanting to learn is called PLATEAU. People start hooping, don’t want to learn anything new, and end up doing the same routines over and over. Many just waist hoop for years and get frustrated because, initially, they lost some weight and felt hooping worked. But then they start gaining weight again despite hooping every day for years. But hooping does work if done properly... and people are not hopeless... they may feel like that for them nothing works... but if they forever do beginner workouts of all kinds: they forever have a beginner level of fitness, beginner physique and beginner skills. Having access to an organised programme in the world of hooping is very very difficult usually. I made it possible and straightforward with my website. Here, one will never stay the same but forever keep getting more sculpted, more toned, leaner, stronger & better.

Sorry, at the moment I am only offering the online courses and tutorials on my website.
Why I Can't Offer 1-2-1 Sessions Right Now
Unfortunately it's not possible to book me for 1-2-1 sessions. I am a single working mum and the only caregiver for my daughter. Although I could hire a babysitter, my daughter has only had me consistently in her life. I take her well-being very seriously and choose not to leave her with random caregivers.
To create my courses for the Hooping Studio and keep my website running, I am already working full-time hours. Currently, I don't have the capacity to take on more.
However, I am confident that as my daughter grows and becomes more independent, I'll have more freedom to do the things I love, including offering 1-2-1 hooping sessions. I love my work, and when the time comes, I will be thrilled to offer these sessions. For now, we have to wait until my little girl needs me less.
I never imagined I'd have to address this, but here it goes:
Imagine this:
I admire the work of a hairdresser who has amazing reviews, impressive results, and tons of qualifications and experience. So, I send her 19 emails expressing how impressed I am and how lucky I feel to have found her - expecting her for free to answer all my hair related questions I ever had. Then, I sit in her salon chair, where she pays rent, waiting for her to work her magic on my hair—for free.
This has never happened to me, because I understand that she paid for her education, materials, tools, and likely pays rent for her salon space.
Similarly, I don’t show up at an accountant’s office, dump all my receipts and invoices from the past 12 months, and tell them how thrilled I am to have found them, knowing about their great results and expertise—expecting them to do my annual tax return for free. Their knowledge, education, and time cost money. It's not their hobby to sort out paperwork for strangers who find them online. Naturally, if I want their services, I need to pay for them.
The same applies to my work. Running this website, creating videos, and developing courses take full-time hours. It’s not a hobby—I invest in filming equipment, licences, software, editing, and countless hours in front of a laptop. It takes energy, time, and resources. I understand that some people may not see value in my offerings, and that’s okay. I don’t go to every accountant either. I wish everyone good luck in finding the right person for their needs at the price they’re comfortable with.
I apologize if it’s inconvenient that my content costs money, but hosting a website, maintaining content (over 700 highly edited, professional tutorials and workouts here! many terabytes!), and continuing to do this work comes with expenses. To keep providing this value, I need to cover those costs. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause
