To start you do not need lots of hoops and as we get started and play our way through the workouts you will have a better idea of what hoops are best for you.

In the general info video I talk about hoops though!  Any is good almost… but the smaller and lighter the easier.

Do not stress about it, just have fun - repeat if you like. You can use these 10-min sessions even as a warm-up if you like or as a cool down if you choose to combine them with the other courses. You may just use them on their own for a quick 10-min session on a busy day to take your mind off every day problems.

These moves are great for:

Balance

Lower Abs

Glute Activation

Hip Flexors

Posture

They are also great for burning zillions of calories while you meditate.

The meditation aspect is what I love the most. While I am trying my best to not faceplant: I have to concentrate on myself fully here & now! I cannot worry about the future or dwell in the past or let a single nerve cell wander anywhere. They all work together with laser-sharp focus and this practice on a daily basis can help us the skill to focus on 1 thing only.

That these days with all the stresses and distractions is very challenging. I try my best to train your focus muscle so you will find the most helpful thing to focus on and hold onto it so hard that you cannot think about anything else.
