For your first weeks your workouts are not that intense yet, your hoop may drop a lot and it is all ok. With each workout your fitness improves, the classes get a little longer and a little more intense. It will always be fun and wherever you are starting from is OK. You do not need to be fit & flexible. It is enough to try your best! From here it is all just going to be easier, with more fun, lots of confidence, crazy fitness gains, improved flexibility and laughter. This is the beginning of a whole new energetic & beautiful chapter!

If it is getting too easy? Try with 2 hula hoops or you can spin your hoops your non-preferred direction. That way you can repeat the entire series and keep it super challenging for many more sessions!
