"I am in the process of trying all of Bee's hula hooping courses and her Hula Hottie course was the one that got me started.
I went from being a total beginner to having a toolbox full of fun and challenging exercises and tricks and the ability to do a complete dance that is over 7 minutes long. Another surprise is that Bee includes an inversion progression and by the end of the program I was able to do a decent headstand and had a solid foundation to learn handstands. Before this program I was afraid of inversions and thought that it would be impossible for me to do a head or handstand.
Bee is an amazing hula hoop instructor and a true inspiration. I love the way that she addresses the entire body and teaches amazing technique. She is creative, playful, and an outstanding performer and instructor.
I used to dabble in all kinds of different forms of exercise. When I discovered hula hooping last February I was running 6 days a week, lifting weights, practicing yoga, and trying to fit in hula hooping.
