I can’t say enough good things about this programme.  Bee Varga is a very fun, caring, knowledgeable teacher who guides you through the programme in a way that makes you feel like you can do everything…and you will…eventually. 😆

 I started out this programme with a history of really struggling with core integrity after having given birth more than 7 years ago.  I’ve tried multiple core focused programmes and given them up because they just felt too unattainable (and boring!).  Imagine my surprise when after going through this program, I found myself feeling far more at ease with exercises that simply felt impossible before…and all I was doing was getting up and playing!  It never felt like a workout (even when it did get vigorous), which is good because I hate working out. 😆

Not only has my strength improved but my balance, coordination and trust in my body have all surpassed what I thought would be possible for an unfit stay-at-home mother.  She gives plenty of steps and regressions to ease you in (and progressions for when the base moves become too easy!) all while leaving you feeling beautiful and confident while you dance with your hoop.

I haven’t seen anything else like this on the market and have been waiting for something unique like this! 

I’ve been looking for something different to try and motivate myself into getting fit. I prefer my own environment but tend to loose self-discipline when going through Youtube videos and sticking to them, so signing up to a course gave me that push to sign in regularly and DO IT!- just like attending an actual class. I joined its small intimate Facebook community group - a space to share experiences, struggles or celebratory moves achieved throughout the course. I loved seeing other peoples journeys too, it really makes you feel part of a hula hoop family!  

I was nervous starting, having only bought a hula hoop last year during lockdown. I played with it a couple of times but never actually followed through and had thoughts that maybe I would struggle to keep up. 

What I feel is important to feedback, is that I never felt pressured to know a move before moving onto the next session, the idea is that these skills are built upon overtime during the course so that its gives you the opportunity to learn at your own pace without panicking on time constraints. The skills are expanded and developed, which enable you to push yourself further when you feel ready to do so. 

Beata the instructor is friendly, enthusiastic and an excellent motivator! She commentaries throughout the session, supporting your learning experience, always explaining, offering another ways to further your skills, whilst bringing you back to the very core of hula hooping so if you are a beginner you don’t feel lost or out of your depth, which I loved as it took time for me to learn some moves. 

The sessions are built for all abilities, which ensures you can get the most out of them and so much fun (the use of themes and various styles of music are effective) and become addictive…and that’s a big thing coming from someone who gets bored quite quickly! 

The value for money is exceptional. The course is broken down into: Warm-up, learn moves, dance & conditioning, which all cooperates the techniques/moves learnt throughout your journey on the course. 

What I love about the course is that it’s not just about exercise, but about having fun and learning a new skill. You don’t have to be an exercise guru or have a fitness obsession to join, just the notion of wanting to learn a skill, and it just so happens to keep you fit and toned too! Bonus! 

Having finished the course, I feel like a queen hula hooper (laughs) but I still have a long way to go! I will definitely be revisiting the course from the beginning over and over again!
You receive your first session at the time of signing up and you shall receive a new session every 4 days for the duration of 8 sessions in total. 

You can do these any time - as many times as you like - unlimited replays, lifetime access!

Beginners. Even if you are not able to keep your hoop up yet, the first section includes instructions for You and you will be hooping and keeping it up. 
Non-beginners: I am aware that non-beginners like to take my classes, too and my recommendation is that you either get a smaller and faster hoop for this course or start hooping with more hoops. That way you increase the intensity and keep your body and mind challenged. 

Throughout the course you will be given options to keep you challenged or to make it easier. 
What you are getting is:
8 full & different workouts
The duration of each is 50-60 minutes long.
Each workout consists of a warm up, a dance session with tutorial and a conditioning session.
This is a course, so it starts off with lower intensity moves that are easier to do. As the course progresses the intensity and complexity gradually increases to get you fitter and push you a little to not just maintain but develop your fitness. 

This is the magic of doing a course: you do not just randomly do things BUT you get taken to a whole new level with a structured organised content. 



The workouts focus on moves around the core: waist, hips, chest and shoulder hooping.

There will be no off-body tricks and hand hooping. Only on the trunk of the body. 

The focus is fitness: boosting cardiovascular fitness as well as strength and flexibility at the same time and increase body awareness, improve posture. 

The moves are all done with a hula hoop ( or more for non-beginners ) and inspired by hoop dance, ballet and belly dance. 
You receive an email every 4 days that is how you get notified about your new workout becoming available for a total of 8 workouts. 

The email includes a link which takes you to an online platform where the videos are hosted. These are prerecorded edited non-zoom classes. 

You do not need to download any app, just visit the link with your browser on any device of your preference and press play and dance. 

You have life time access to the content and feel free to repeat or replay as many times as you like. 

You progress at your own pace. If you miss out on a day or cannot do a full workout for any reason, you can catch up when it suits you or when you have the energy. 

You will need Internet connection to watch the videos.

You need an email address to sign up for the course.

You may wear anything comfortable.

You also need a hula hoop.
