+ optional but useful to have a cheap little toyshop hula hoop, too. The kind you can get in the dollar store / pound shop. The little hoop we will use when the big one feels freaky. You will see what I mean. If your kids have one, tell them I gave you permission to nick it.

If you are not a beginner, I would recommend either a smaller hoop or 2 matching hoops and you shall be challenged beyond expectations to make you happy.
