Or you could split them - so even if you have a hectic overwhelming day: you still can claim a little self care & play time for yourself. Even a 14-minute workout will boost your circulation, lift your mood & helps you take your mind off stresses & chores. Have fun!

If you do not have a knee pad for the floor elements, you can just kneel on an exercise mat or rest your knees on a hoodie or cushion. 

Hooping while down on your knees elevates the intensity of your workouts. You will not just use more energy but activate deep core muscles & mobilise your hips. Alternatively you can do everything I do on my knees while you are standing tall with your hoop.

Document Your Progress

If you are hooping regularly, it is a great idea to film your progress to document it. 

Maybe it feels irrelevant at the moment BUT when you look back a week or 6 months later... You will be chuffed, proud, pumped about how far you've come. That is like a giant well done sticker, a hug from the Universe to make you feel great about your improvements.

Even if you never upload it anywhere: you can keep your recordings for yourself on days when you may not feel that awesome. Looking back & seeing how much we achieved is a mega priceless mood-lifter.
