This may sound weird but with every layer shedding, the cells that were created when you were not so active, not so happy they are falling off layer by layer. The new layers were produced when you decided you are going to make a change! Enjoy your new skin, you are wearing cells that were fueled by hope, trust and excitement! I hope it feels amazing!
