If you want to push your fitness to the next level, enjoy advancing your skills, want to try hooping with 2 hoops, learn poi moves with your hoops and get your hooping look effortless then this is going to feel like Christmas. With tutorials and conditioning sessions you get more skilled and fit every revolution! 
What is included?
15 modules ( 15 full hula hoop workouts)  including tutorials so you learn skills with 2 hoops both on body and off body! I do not like to just hoop to learn, I also hoop to keep fit so you will be learning the basics of 2 hoop moves and then you get to be taken through steps to learn how to make the moves look elegant as well as make you super fit. Tutorials help you learn, the flow sessions help you link the moves together, the conditioning sessions improve your stamina to make it all look effortless as well as improve your balance and flexibility.  There are also challenges included - all sessions based on progressive overload - with options for making it easier and options to push it to the next level!

Through video tutorials and workouts which you receive every 2nd day for a month! When you sign up you receive the entire content! You will probably want to let it sink in and repeat the sessions at least once. Through progressive overload you progress to more intense sessions as you get fitter and more skilled. You may take as long as you like, there is no deadline and you keep the entire content for lifetime and replay as many times as you like. Your body and brain will get beasted and challenged with lots to learn while you also get entertained. 
The video tutorials and conditioning sessions are all with hula hoops and some alternatives will be offered to try with poi if you need it to be easier. Throughout the sessions you will be offered easier and harder alternatives so you will find you may be challenged whatever your fitness or skills. You will be pushed to learn and improve and grow. 
The hoop moves include the foundational moves of hooping with twins - 2 matching hula hoops including both on and off body hula hooping.  
There will be a strong focus on sculpting your physique and at the same time you shall play and dance and improve your balance & flexibility. You will be sweaty but happy and see yourself being able to do things you probably never imagined. 
This is an online education programme so you may use the videos anywhere where you have access to Internet. It helps if you have space to spin 2 hula hoops. I use a corner of my kitchen for my hula hooping and I just push the table to the side, that is all the space I normally have, too. No need to go outside or to a gym but space always helps, so claim it if you can. 
At the time of signing up you receive the entire content. You may go through it at your own pace and there is no deadline. So relax, this is not a competition and you may rewatch as many times as you like. The workouts are split into sections to help your learning - in case any part you need to repeat you will be able to replay whichever section you need more time with. I spaced the sessions out so you spend enough time with the skills and challenges and your muscles can enjoy the adaptation process. The conditioning sessions will get you work at a very good intensity and the structure of the sessions has been created like this for maximum fitness gains.
